DIRECTIONS
Add the contents to 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes, or until the mixture has reduced by half. Remove from heat and let cool to less than 115°F to preserve the benefits of the honey.
Strain the herbs using a mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Stir in 1 cup of honey until well combined.
Store the syrup in a sanitized jar in the refrigerator. The syrup should last at least 3 months.
Dosage:
Adults: 1 Tbsp daily or every 4 hours as needed.
Children 2+: 1 tsp daily or every 4 hours as needed.
